Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How To Return/Exchange Items

We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Easy Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges for all US customers. 

If you receive your package and find that you may need a different size or color in any of your items, we do our best to make exchanges simple and easy for our customers. 

If you find that you may want to exchange an item simply email us first with your order number and the items you would like to exchange and we will send your instructions and begin the exchange process.

If the size or color you were wanting to exchange your item(s) for is currently out of stock, we can happily offer you in-store credit. 

The customer is responsible to cover any difference in pricing, if applicable. 

All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be paid before your new items can be shipped.

Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, tags in place, and returned in their original packaging. Exchanges may be denied and sent back to the customer for the following: Excessive wrinkling, detached tags, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne, bra pads not sent back with the top/bra, any visible wear or damage to the product(s) 

Must be returned in the original packaging.

Please feel free to email us if you wish to start an exchange.

International Customers: We currently don't offer exchanges just returns. 

FREE Returns

All full-price items are eligible for FREE returns as long as they meet the following requirements: 

Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition: No; excessive wrinkling, detached tags, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, lingering odor (such as smoke or cologne), any visible wear or damage, and the original packaging

Shipping/Processing fees are non-refundable.  

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned items. If you would like to have us send you a prepaid shipping label making the return process simple and hassle-free, the USPS shipping label cost would be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Or you may choose your preferred carrier and no deductions would be taken from your return. 

Your item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. (LAKI Bag)

(All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale. Item(s) purchased using discount codes are eligible for in-store credit in the form of an E-Gift card as long as they meet all return requirements)

Please email us at with your Order Number, a list of items you would like to return, and whether or not you would like a prepaid shipping label. 

We will do our best to get back to you within 24-48hrs during regular business hours.


Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.



We currently ship to some countries. If you are located outside of the US (LAKI is not responsible for any import tax, duties, and tariffs.)

International Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.


Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, the order can not be canceled.

If you purchased the wrong size, forgot to apply a discount, etc. The customer has a 15-minute window to notify us of any changes they wish to make. After the 15 minute window, we may be unable to change your order. Please email us at right away.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LAKI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All tracking info is provided by the courier and is shared with you the customer. We do offer Route shipping insurance for extra safety on all LAKI orders (more info about Route insurance below) 

Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have little to no control over your package. It is the Courier's responsibility to deliver it to you in the expected time frame. If your package is missing, you will need to contact the courier and file a lost or stolen claim with them.

You also can add Route Shipping insurance to any order giving you total peace of mind. 

Route Shipping insurance covers lost, damaged, stolen item(s).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

Please note that if the item(s) do not follow the guidelines you will not receive your refund for that item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund (to your original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 3-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Once an order has been placed, the order can not be canceled. If you would like to make a minor change to your order such as size, color, shipping address, etc. We may be able to update your order as long as the order has not been processed yet.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If an order has been placed with a gift card and credit card the gift card will be refunded first.
