We Offer FREE / EASY Exchanges For All US Customers.
 

Your first exchange is on us! 

 
Listen, we know it isn’t easy picking out the right size, especially when shopping online. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
 
If you wish to start an exchange please email and provide us with your order number and the items you would like to exchange. 
 
Once you’ve emailed us and we’ve verified your exchange. Simply send the items back to our facility, once the item(s) have been inspected and approved. We will ship the new item(s) out to you within 24 hours after approval.
 
To be eligible for a FREE Exchange Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days AFTER you’ve received them.
 
If you’re not able to ship them out within the 7 day window, don’t worry.  You’re still able to exchange your items upto 21 days after you received them.
 
If the size or color you were wanting to exchange your item(s) for is currently out of stock, we can happily offer you in-store credit. The customer is responsible for covering any difference in pricing, if applicable.

FREE Returns For In-store Credit

 
Items must be returned within 21 days after delivery  and meet our return/exchange requirements to be eligible for a return.
 
Customers are responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items.
 
The original Shipping/Processing fees are non-refundable.  
  All sale items are final sale, no exchanges or returns

Returns For a Refund

 
Items must be returned within 21 days after the order was originally shipped and meet our return/exchange requirements to be eligible for a return.
 
Customers are responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items.
 
All shipping cost/processing fees are non-refundable.  
 
Cash refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if applicable. 
 
All sale items, sale events and promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund.

All returned exchanged items are only eligible store credit.
Please email us at info@lakiactive.com with your Order Number, a list of items you would like to return. We will do our best to get back to you within 24-48hrs during regular business hours.
 

Return/Exchange Eligibility

 
In order for you’re items to be eligible for an exchange or refund they must meet the following requirements 
 
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition
  • No detached tags, excessive wrinkling, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, makeup marks, lingering odors (such as smoke or cologne) 
  • There must be no visible wear or damage to any items
  • Must be returned with original bra pads or padding
  • Must be returned in the original product packaging. (LAKI BAG)
 
LAKI is not responsible for lost or stolen items, incorrect return addresses. Please make sure the package is secure because if the items have fallen out during transit the return  will be denied and won’t be eligible for a return.
 
Can I have a Prepaid Return Label?
We can offer a prepaid return label for exchanges or returns. 
Exchanges: We will send you an invoice to pay the shipping cost once we have received the items back to our facility..
Returns: We will deduct the shipping cost from the total.
 
 

Can I cancel my order?

 
Once an order has been placed, the order can not be canceled.
 
 If you would like to make a minor change to your order such as size, color, shipping address, etc, the customer has a 15-minute window to notify us of any changes they wish to make. After the 15 minute window, we may be unable to change your order. If the order has been processed/shipped out we can no longer alter the order.
