Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipping

We currently ship to most countries. If you are located outside of the US (LAKI is not responsible for any import tax, duties and tariffs.)

International Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Easy Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges for all US customers. 

If you receive your package and find that you may need a different size or color in any of your items, we do our best to make exchanges simple and easy for our customers. 

If you find that you may want to exchange an item simply email us first with your order number and the items you would like to exchange and we will send your instructions and begin the exchange process.

If the size or color you were wanting to exchange your item(s) for is currently out of stock, we can happily offer you in-store credit. 

The customer is responsible to cover any difference in pricing, if applicable. 

Exchanges may be denied and sent back to the customer for the following: Excessive wrinkling, detached tags, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne, any visible wear or damage to the product(s) 

Must be returned in the original packaging.

Easy Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery to receive a refund (All sales, discounted, and promotional items are final sale)

Item(s) purchased using discount codes are eligible for in-store credit in the form of a E-Gift card. (items purchased using a discount code may not eligible for a cash refund)

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition: No; excessive wrinkling, detached tags, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, lingering odor (such as smoke or cologne), any visible wear or damage and the original packaging.

Your item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. (LAKI Bag)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

Please note that if the item(s) do not follow the guidelines you will not receive your refund for that item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund (to your original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within a “15 minute window” of placing your order by emailing us at info@lakiactive.com after this “15 minute window” we will not be able to cancel your order. 

If you would like to make a minor change to your order such as size, color, shipping address, etc. We may be able to update your order as long the order has not been processed yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LAKI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All tracking info is provided by the courier and is shared with you the customer. We do offer Route shipping insurance for extra safety on all LAKI orders (more info about Route insurance below) 

Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have little to no control over your package. It is the Courier's responsibility to deliver it to you in the expected time frame. If your package is missing, you will need to contact the courier and file a lost or stolen claim with them.

You also can add Route Shipping insurance to any order giving you total peace of mind. 

Route Shipping insurance covers lost, damaged, stolen item(s).

Convenience Fee

All Exchanges & refunded items are subject to a convenience fee, this will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange order. 

The original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
